As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our AM shift team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our diverse population of behavioral residents. Our state-of-the-art facility is committed to providing a nurturing environment that promotes healing, growth, and independence.
About the Role:
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and IV therapy
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Monitor and document resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
