Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager with a background in property management to oversee daily operations and support our growing portfolio. This role requires someone who understands the day-to-day functions of managing buildings, tenant communication, and financial tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative workflow
- Manage rent collection, tenant ledgers, and payment tracking
- Handle billing, invoices, and expense management
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and maintenance teams
- Assist with lease administration, renewals, and documentation
- Manage service requests and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain organized records for multiple properties
- Support ownership and property managers with reporting and operations
Requirements
- Prior experience in property management
- Strong understanding of rent collection, tenant communication, and building operations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Excel and property management/accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities simultaneously
