Coro California is looking for a Senior Director, Programs & Training to join our team in the Bay Area. This role is both a strategic program leader and skilled facilitator, managing a portfolio of leadership development programs from curriculum design through delivery, evaluation, and stakeholder reporting.
You'll serve as lead facilitator for core programs, build strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders, and help shape Coro's curriculum and growth across our statewide portfolio. Salary range: $120,000-$130,000, plus medical, dental, 401k match, and generous PTO.
