Job Summary
The Cornwall Medical Center a private practice of nurse practitioners and chiropractic businesses in the beautiful city of Bellingham, Washington. Our clinic is dedicated to providing quality primary and chiropractic care in a private practice setting for Whatcom County. Bellingham is a very active community with excellent schools and Western Washington University. It is located on the ocean with easy access to the San Juan Islands.
We are looking for a positive, energetic, and highly skilled individual to lead the clinic as the administrator. The position is responsible for:
· Human Resource Management: hiring, termination, coaching, leading teams; managing Front Desk/Reception, Nursing, and Billing Departments.
· Risk Management: patient safety, patient experience, quality
· Financial Performance and Management: accounts payable and receivables
· Government Compliance with Regulations and Programs
· Information Technology coordination
· Managing the Front Desk, Nursing, and Billing Departments
· Work Flow Efficiency of all clinic processes
· Strategic Planning and Implementation
The Clinic Administrator is responsible to oversee and direct all aspects of the clinic. The successful candidate will work closely with the partners to insure the viability of the clinic and to plan for the future. Strong business and financial skills are needed to be successful in this position. There is a structure in place for the new Clinic Administrator to build on to take the practice to new levels of excellence. The team is one that works together well and is dedicated to serving the practice and the patients. Leading and managing the team is a critical aspect of the position. This position is ideal for a person who thrives on daily multi-tasking.
Requirements:
Minimum of one to two years of management position
Experience in a private physician practice preferred
Bachelor degree in related field required
MBA desirable

Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
