This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Leader based in San Francisco, CA, with opportunities to work remotely part of the time. The Marketing Leader will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and implementing marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer growth. Day-to-day tasks include leading marketing campaigns, managing cross-functional teams, conducting market research, creating targeted content, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities to enhance the company’s visibility within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.
- Strong expertise in Marketing, Brand Strategy, and Market Positioning
- Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing
- Leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and campaign performance
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences is highly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messages
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
