Experience Required:
Must be a Certified Master Technician (B and C Techs are welcome to apply)
Preferred: Current OEM certifications (Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram). If not current, must have been certified within the past four years at a dealership.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform assigned repairs and maintenance as listed on repair orders
Use advanced diagnostic equipment to accurately troubleshoot vehicle concerns
Interpret diagnostic data and fault codes
Complete a full range of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle repairs, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and HVAC
Perform routine maintenance such as oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations following manufacturer guidelines
Follow all safety procedures when working with tools, vehicles, and equipment
Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including parts, labor, and diagnostic information
Perform quality control checks to ensure repairs meet dealership and customer standards
Keep workspace clean, organized, and accountable for tools/parts
Capable of working on gas, diesel, hybrid, and/or EV platforms
Ability to train, mentor, or support other technicians
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly with customers when needed
Qualifications:
ASE Master Technician certification or manufacturer-specific Master certifications strongly preferred
Must be a high-level A or B Technician to qualify
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Extensive knowledge of automotive repair techniques, diagnostics, and tools
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical job duties
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and diagnostic skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
High attention to detail with a focus on producing top-quality workmanship
