About the Role

Looking for a hands-on job where you can stay active and be part of a production team?
We’re hiring a Truss Stacker to support our manufacturing operation. You’ll go through a structured 30-day training program with a mentor, learning how to safely stack, organize, and move finished trusses while supporting production flow across the plant.
This is a physical, fast-paced role that plays a key part in keeping operations running efficiently.
If you like working with your hands and being part of a team, this is a strong opportunity to get started and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Stack completed trusses safely and accurately for staging and shipment
- Organize finished products to maintain efficient workflow
- Assist with loading and moving materials across the yard
- Communicate with team members to support production flow
- Follow all safety procedures and proper lifting techniques
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Support additional production tasks as needed

Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience, especially with lumber or building materials
- Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or production environment
- Basic understanding of measurements and material handling
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
- Ability to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all seasons
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
Compensation details: 16-19 Hourly Wage
