Cornerstone Solutions Group is growing, and we are looking for a high-performing Landscape Maintenance Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and wants to help build an elite maintenance division in one of Florida’s fastest-growing markets.

This is not a “sit behind a desk” management role. We are looking for someone who understands commercial landscape maintenance operations, can lead crews, build strong customer relationships, identify enhancement opportunities, and take ownership of property performance.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned commercial landscape maintenance accounts

• Build strong relationships with property managers, HOA/CDD managers, and customer stakeholders

• Conduct proactive property walkthroughs and identify quality, irrigation, and enhancement opportunities

• Coordinate and oversee daily field operations for assigned accounts

• Ensure crews execute work according to scope, schedule, safety standards, and quality expectations

• Manage service requests from initiation through completion

• Work closely with irrigation, enhancement, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

• Monitor budgets, labor performance, and account profitability

• Assist with contract renewals and enhancement sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience

• Experience managing crews and coordinating field operations

• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of landscape maintenance operations, irrigation, and horticulture

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
