Compensation
- $80–$100 per completed clinical session
- Estimated annual earnings: $120,000–$150,000 based on maintaining an average caseload of 30 completed sessions per week.
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active, unrestricted California license to join our growing group practice. Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California LMFT license
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
- Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
- Excellent clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered, and culturally responsive care
- Bilingual clinicians are strongly preferred

- EMDR
- Eating Disorders
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Gender-Affirming Care
- Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

- Other evidence-based specialty areas
