We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused professional to support daily workforce access and compliance operations at a mission-critical construction site. In this role, you will serve as the on-site representative for a digital workforce access and credentialing platform—helping workers check in, complete onboarding, and resolve basic badge or login issues.
No prior construction or platform experience is required—training is fully provided. What matters most is your customer service mindset, integrity, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and check in workers at site access points using digital badges, QR codes, and compliance tools
- Verify credentials, badges, and required documentation to ensure workers meet site-access requirements
- Guide workers and subcontractors through the onboarding process, including account setup and document uploads
- Assist with mobile check-ins, digital badges, and system navigation
- Troubleshoot basic access or account issues (e.g., badge not scanning, login errors) and escalate as needed
- Issue and manage temporary badges and visitor passes
- Maintain professional, clear communication with workers, supervisors, and subcontractor teams
- Monitor gates, turnstiles, and other access points to ensure authorized entry only
- Record and report irregularities, noncompliance, or recurring system issues

- Strong customer service skills from any industry (retail, hospitality, call centers, healthcare support, etc.)
- Professional, calm, and courteous—even in fast-moving or outdoor environments

- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods and working outdoors at site access points
- Bonus: Experience in help desk, tech support, dispatch, administrative support, or site operations
Work Environment
- Full-time, on-site at an active construction project

- PPE required (provided if needed)

Salary : $18 - $20
