What You’ll Do:
- Help customers via phone, chat, and email, providing friendly and timely support
- Troubleshoot basic software and access issues (Level 1 support)
- Enter data accurately and assist with order tracking and billing questions
- Escalate complex issues to internal teams when needed
- Work collaboratively in a supportive, customer-focused environment
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of customer service, call center, or help desk experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Able to work onsite 100% now and in the future
- Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and other data entry systems
