Role Description
This is a full-time, on site role for a Bookkeeper located in Gilbert, AZ. The Bookkeeper will process payroll, manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate account records, prepare and analyze financial statements, reconcile accounts, and assist with data entry into accounting software. The role includes creating journal entries, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience with Bookkeeping, Payroll, Financial Statements, and preparing Journal Entries
- Proficiency with Quickbooks Online and finance-related tools
- Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of financial responsibilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in small business financial management or tax preparation is a plus
