Your role will involve direct support, cleanliness maintenance, and assistance with childcare and senior care. It is crucial that you adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals in need
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and document changes in clients' health status
- Implement care plans developed by healthcare professionals
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Assist with childcare duties as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Experience in hospice care, nursing, dementia care, or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols
- Proficient in providing first aid in emergency situations
- Ability to provide direct support and assistance with activities of daily living
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and their families
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the environment
- Experience in childcare or senior care is a plus
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client privacy
