COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $80,000–$85,000 annually, based on experience
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

ROLE IMPACT
Join a dynamic legal team supporting attorneys in a fast-paced white collar and tax practice. This position plays a critical role in ensuring legal matters are handled efficiently through exceptional administrative support, document management, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to contribute with minimal direction from day one.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative and legal support for white collar and tax law matters.
• Prepare, edit, and format legal documents, correspondence, and court filings.
• Manage attorney calendars, deadlines, travel arrangements, and client communications.
• Organize case files and maintain accurate legal records while supporting multiple priorities.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, and outside parties to ensure timely case progression.
Minimum Qualifications
• White collar legal experience is required; tax law experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant in a law firm environment.
• Ability to work independently and quickly become productive with minimal training or supervision.
