Warehouse Worker
LOCATION
Brooks, Kentucky | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $19.00/hour $2.00/hour shift differential
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–10:30 PM (10–12 hour shifts, until work is completed)
• Employment Type: W2 | Temporary (3–4 month assignment)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
•1 years of experience working in a warehouse environment- REQUIRED
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs., stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to read English, perform basic math, and use basic computer systems and RF scanning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, effective communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
KEY DUTIES
• Pick, verify, pack, palletize, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Receive, inspect, label, repackage, serialize, store, replenish, and rotate inventory while maintaining accurate records.
• Perform inventory counts, process returns, research discrepancies, and maintain organized inventory locations.
• Operate safely while using warehouse tools including rolling carts, Klever cutters, and tape guns, and maintain a clean work area that supports safety and quality.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety policies, GMP standards, and applicable regulatory requirements while supporting overtime and physical inventory as needed.
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Work in a refrigerated environment (approximately 24°F) with PPE provided; rotation in and out of the cooler throughout the shift.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting, palletizing, and use of rolling carts and handheld scanners.
• Use warehouse equipment and tools including RF scanners, Klever cutters, and tape guns.
• Regular cleaning, down-stacking, stocking, replenishment, and outbound shipping activities.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
