Auto Claims Adjuster
Location Bedford, TX | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $22.00 per hour
• Full-time hours (schedule to be confirmed)
• W2 contract
• 60-day contract with potential 30-day extensions
Role Impact
The Claims Adjuster supports timely and accurate claim resolution by reviewing documentation, evaluating loss details, and ensuring proper recovery through subrogation. Success in this role means reducing claim cycle time, minimizing financial exposure, and maintaining compliance with internal standards. Strong estimate review and analytical skills are essential.
Key Duties
• Review and process property and casualty (PNC – Property & Casualty) claims from intake through resolution
• Analyze and interpret repair estimates from multiple estimating platforms (e.g., Xactimate or similar systems)
• Manage subrogation efforts, including identifying recovery opportunities and coordinating follow-up
• Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate claim documentation
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience handling PNC (Property & Casualty) claims
• Subrogation experience with demonstrated recovery knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret repair estimates across multiple estimating systems
• Equipment & Work Environment
• Standard office environment
• Prolonged computer use and data entry
• Collaboration with claims, recovery, and support teams
Preferred Skills
• Experience working in high-volume claims environments
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Familiarity with multiple claims management systems
