Role Impact
The Social Media Art Director drives visually compelling, social-first creative that strengthens brand presence and engagement across global and market-specific platforms. This role blends conceptual thinking with hands-on design execution to deliver content that resonates with diverse audiences. Success is defined by producing high-performing, platform-native creative that aligns with campaign objectives, brand standards, and evolving social trends.
• Key Responsibilities
• Concept and execute visually engaging social-first content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
• Design and adapt creative assets for both organic and paid social campaigns
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, videographers, photographers, and designers to deliver cohesive storytelling
• Support art direction for social-focused photo and video shoots, including pre-production planning and on-set collaboration
• Contribute to the development of Social Playbooks, visual guidelines, and scalable content templates
• Monitor emerging trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform timely, relevant content
• Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce authentic, brand-aligned social content
• Minimum Qualifications
• 1–2 years of experience in design or art direction within a social media, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brand environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling across static, motion, and short-form video formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with After Effects and Premiere Pro preferred
