Recruiting Coordinator (Part-Time Temporary)
LOCATION
Scottsdale, AZ
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $25.00–$28.00 per hour
• Approximately 20 hours per week
• Temporary W2 assignment for approximately 7 weeks
ROLE IMPACT
Support the Talent Acquisition team during a temporary leave by coordinating interviews and ensuring an organized, efficient hiring process. Success in this role comes from delivering accurate scheduling, clear communication, and a positive candidate experience while providing dependable administrative support to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Manage multiple calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and send interview invitations and confirmations.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain interview schedules and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) as needed.
• Coordinate virtual interviews using Microsoft Teams or Zoom and provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
• Minimum Qualifications
• Experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant supporting recruiting functions.
• Strong experience scheduling interviews, managing multiple calendars, and using Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
