• $20–$22 hourly
• Monday–Friday
• W2 employment
ROLE IMPACT
The Processor ensures litigation-related documents are accurately reviewed, indexed, and routed to the correct Program Manager to maintain workflow integrity and compliance. This role supports high-volume case management by identifying critical policy and claim information, resolving missing data issues, and driving items through completion. Success is defined by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to independently manage multiple active cases with minimal supervision.
• Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze litigation documents to identify key policy, claim, and case details
• Research and resolve missing or incomplete information using available internal and external resources
• Accurately index and enter required data fields into internal systems
• Verify proper routing to the appropriate Program Manager and monitor items through completion
• Maintain detailed notes, logs, and documentation to support case tracking and audit readiness
• Minimum Qualifications
• Experience reviewing and analyzing documents for critical details in a high-volume environment
• Strong research, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
