Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate
Location Memphis, TN | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.00 per hour
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:30 PM; Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Temporary to Permanent (W2)
• 4-day, 10-hour shifts with possible overtime
Role Impact: The Pharmacy Fulfillment Associate supports the efficient operation of a central fill pharmacy by ensuring accurate order preparation, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. Success in this role is measured by precision, productivity, and adherence to safety and quality standards, contributing directly to timely medication distribution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate automated sorting and counting equipment to process pharmacy orders accurately and efficiently
• Pick, pack, and prepare prescriptions and supplies for distribution in a high-volume environment
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory while maintaining accurate stock records in the system
• Assist with stocking shelves, maintaining inventory levels, and completing required documentation
• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas to support compliance with pharmacy standards
Minimum Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to maintain consistent attendance
• Ability to work a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule with overtime as needed
Core Tools & Systems
• Automated pharmacy sorting and counting equipment
• Inventory management and data entry systems
• Packing and shipping tools and materials
Preferred Skills
• Previous picking and packing experience in a warehouse or pharmacy environment
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and automated fulfillment systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
