Compensation & Schedule
- $24/hour
- 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Temporary (2–3 months)
- Start ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Process full-cycle payroll transactions accurately and on schedule
- Review, audit, and reconcile payroll data prior to submission
- Manage payroll adjustments, deductions, and corrections
- Maintain payroll compliance and respond to internal inquiries
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll systems and intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data review)
- Proven ability to meet strict payroll deadlines with high accuracy
Core Tools & Systems
- Payroll software / HRIS platforms
- Microsoft Excel (data validation, reporting)
- Standard office systems
Preferred Skills
