IT CONTRACT TECHNICIAN Location | Onsite (U.S.) Compensation & Schedule • Pay Range: $23.00/hour minimum (Competitive range available on request) • Schedule: Full-time, January 5, 2026 – September 30, 2026 • Employment Type: W2 Contract ROLE IMPACT The IT Contract Technician plays a key role in supporting the client’s contract management lifecycle, ensuring timely renewals, compliance accuracy, and data integrity across all procurement systems. This role ensures the legal, administrative, and technical aspects of contract operations run smoothly, directly contributing to the client’s operational efficiency and vendor relationship management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Support development, tracking, and administration of legal agreements and amendments • Process annual contract renewals and assist with contract modifications in accordance with policy • Maintain contract databases, spreadsheets, and digital records with high accuracy • Conduct research, verify vendor details, and manage supporting documentation • Provide responsive customer service to internal and external stakeholders MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • 2 years of experience in contract administration, procurement, or related clerical support • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital signature systems (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign) • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with government or public sector purchasing policies and procedures preferred CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) • DocuSign or equivalent e-signature platform • Contract management software and shared databases • Internet research tools and document repositories PREFERRED SKILLS • Experience with government contracts and procurement compliance • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management platforms • Excellent organizational and communication skills LEGAL NOTICE By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
