Inventory Associate

Location Decatur, TX | Onsite

Compensation & Schedule

• $18.00–$20.00 per hour

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

• Full-time, W2

• Start date: ASAP

Role Impact

The Inventory Associate supports daily warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring materials are safely moved and stored. Success in this role means efficient product flow, accurate counts, and a safe, organized work environment that supports on-time fulfillment and production needs.

Key Duties

• Operate forklift (powered industrial truck) to load, unload, and transport materials

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory

• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records

• Prepare materials for shipment and ensure proper labeling and documentation

• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

• Minimum Qualifications

• Prior forklift operating experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift

• Basic inventory or warehouse experience

• Equipment & Work Environment

• Forklift and pallet jacks

• Warehouse setting with regular standing, walking, and lifting

• Exposure to varying temperatures depending on season

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inventory tracking systems or warehouse management systems (WMS)

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
