Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from borrowers about defaulted mortgages.

Ideal Candidate:
- Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED.
- Call center experience.
- Above-average typing and computer skills.
- Strong mathematical abilities.
- Well-organized with excellent time management.
- Team player with great communication skills.
- Calm under pressure.
- Excellent attendance record.
On-boarding Requirements:
