• $50,000 annually

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT

• Direct hire opportunity

LOCA​TION: Grapevine, TX | Hybrid after 90 days (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

ROLE IMPACT

You’ll play a key role in configuring and maintaining healthcare enrollment systems to ensure students are correctly added to or waived from coverage based on policy and compliance requirements. From initial eligibility setup to resolving enrollment escalations, your attention to detail will help keep school-based programs accurate and running smoothly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configure and update enrollment and eligibility systems for school-based healthcare programs
• Support eligibility setup, waiver processing, and policy updates within the enrollment platform
• Research and resolve enrollment discrepancies, including student record issues and coverage changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve enrollment workflows and support compliance needs
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and internal training on enrollment system features

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4 years of experience in healthcare enrollment, eligibility, or related operations
• Currently employed with no extended gaps in recent work history
• High attention to detail and accuracy in managing enrollment data
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• High School Diploma required

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of claims processing, eligibility logic, or policy configuration
• Experience working with or for a healthcare carrier or insurance broker
• Familiarity with student health or group enrollment plans
• Exposure to CRM or ticketing systems such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Jira
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
