Customer Service Representative – Fitness Programs
Location Remote – MUST reside within 40 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth
Compensation & Schedule
• $15 per hour
• Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (Dec 8–19); Post-training: Flex between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 7 days/week
• Temporary W2 Assignment
• Start Date: December 8
ROLE IMPACT
Support members, fitness clubs, and health plans with inquiries related to ASH's Fitness Programs. This high-volume call center role ensures timely resolution of customer issues while maintaining a professional and respectful tone in a fully remote environment. Success in this role is defined by consistent attendance, productivity, and strong communication across internal systems and stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to inbound calls regarding fitness programs, membership, and payments
• Utilize internal systems to document calls and resolve routine issues
• Escalate complex concerns to designated research teams
• Participate in team meetings and cross-departmental collaboration
• Perform related administrative and customer service duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year of call center customer service experience REQUIRED
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Reliable internet (50 Mbps down / 50 Mbps up) and home workspace
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft Office
• Internal CRM/call management systems (training provided)
• Video conferencing tools
• Jobvite (application system)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience in healthcare or fitness-related customer service
• Demonstrated problem-solving and multitasking ability
• Strong interpersonal communication in remote settings
