ROLE IMPACT
Customer service is a key part of delivering a reliable B2B customer experience. This role owns customer orders from purchase order (PO) through delivery, serving as a trusted point of contact while coordinating with sales and operations. Success means accurate orders, proactive communication, effective problem resolution, and dependable follow-through.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the full B2B order lifecycle from PO entry through delivery, including pricing, lead times, item details, follow-ups, and system updates
• Serve as the primary customer contact, resolving order issues and maintaining clear, timely communication
• Prepare customer quotes and freight estimates with accuracy and attention to detail
• Partner with sales and operations to coordinate priorities, solve problems, and drive successful customer outcomes
• Maintain accurate customer records, order details, and activity updates in CRM and ERP systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 5 years of customer service experience with demonstrated accountability and ownership
• B2B customer service or order management experience; manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and business references demonstrating reliability and performance
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Microsoft 365
• ERP systems; Macola preferred
• CRM platforms; Monday.com preferred
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience supporting manufacturing customers, sales teams, and operations
• Experience producing quotes and freight estimates
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing priorities
