Role Impact
The Compliance Analyst supports risk mitigation and regulatory adherence by reviewing account activity and identifying potential areas of concern. This role ensures accurate documentation, timely escalation of complex matters, and alignment with federal financial regulations. Key Responsibilities
• Review and analyze account activity and related data to identify potential compliance or risk concerns
• Conduct investigative research and document findings clearly within the case management system
• Initiate outreach to internal teams to gather required information for case resolution
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to senior team members or management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and case handling
Minimum Qualifications
• Experience in compliance, risk review, or financial investigations
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in high-volume, time-sensitive environments
