Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative
Location Fort Launderdale, FL Area | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• $18/ hour (***potential to make up to $21.50/hour after training, certifications and promotions to different coverage levels***)
• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• W2, Full-Time
ROLE IMPACT: This position serves as the primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication between customers, internal teams, and external agents. The successful candidate will resolve service-related concerns efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Act as a liaison between customers, internal staff, and external clients
• Address and resolve customer inquiries to ensure long-term satisfaction
• Provide accurate and timely responses to service requests from policyholders and field agents
• Offer technical advice and guidance related to service and product issues
• Conduct research to complete requests within defined service standards
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in English & Spanish required
• 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in property and casualty insurance (required)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Familiarity with insurance policy servicing
• Strong interpersonal and problem-resolution skills
• Ability to manage high call volumes effectively
