CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position:
Job Title: Accounts Receivable Specialist for a Nationwide Pharmaceutical Company
Location: Carrollton, TX
Pay: $18.17/hr
Schedule: Mon – Fri 8am-5pm
Responsible for posting cash and performing tasks requiring quick resolution of issues; includes providing account reconciliation and performing payment research.
Job Description:
- Responsible for posting cash and performing tasks requiring quick resolution of issues; includes providing account reconciliation and performing payment research.
- Responsible for posting cash receipts to open accounts receivable.
- Identifies payment discrepancies and initiates dispute resolution process; performs follow up procedures as needed.
- Performs in-depth customer payment analysis to properly record actions required to resolve disputed items.
- Maintains frequent contact with internal customers in order to address all payment issues.
- Assists appropriate personnel in their collection and/or reconciliation efforts for certain national and/or governmental accounts.
- Processes adjustments when necessary and forwards accounts to appropriate reimbursement person if payment is denied or paid incorrectly.
- Knowledge of general accounting principles.
- Familiarity with credit and collection operations procedures, including reconciliation of A/R activity.
Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of previous Accounts Receivable Experience
- Medical AR Experience is highly preferred
- Must be experienced with MS Excel, Outlook and Word
- Banking Knowledge is required
- SAP experience is highly preferred
