Warehouse Selector

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions is currently assisting a client with their search for Warehouse Selectors with electric pallet jack experience. Here your attention to detail and physical stamina will help ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a schedule of 3PM-Finished. Over time opportunities exist, as well as performance based bonuses. Pay rate is $17 an hour, $680 a week (40hr work week)

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll be assembling customer orders by loading pallets with a variety of products, including full-case items, dairy, short-order selections, and pre-cut produce. This position requires speed, accuracy, and consistent performance in a fast-paced environment.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Navigating the warehouse using a motorized stand-on pallet jack
• Reviewing delivery manifests and entering information into an inventory system
• Transporting and stacking boxes and bags of fresh produce
• Repeatedly lifting items up to 50 lbs and performing tasks that involve bending and stooping
• Being on your feet throughout most of the shift (approximately 95% standing)

Physical Requirements:
This role demands regular use of all major muscle groups and body parts, including fingers, wrists, shoulders, back, knees, and feet. It’s a physically active position that requires stamina and full-body mobility.

Work Environment:
Expect to spend your shifts in a refrigerated area kept at 30°F, often for 8 or more hours at a time. The workspace is damp and moderately noisy.
