WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE I
Location: Brooks, KY | Onsite
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
• Pay: $19.00/hr
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM until work is complete (10–12 hr shifts); OT on Saturdays as needed
• Temporary Assignment (2-4 months)
ROLE IMPACT
This role supports critical warehouse operations by ensuring products are accurately received, repacked, labeled, and prepared for outbound shipment in a temperature-controlled environment. Success is defined by accuracy, efficiency, safety, and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and operational flow.
KEY DUTIES
• Perform GMP services including relabeling, repacking, product inspections, and serialized aggregation
• Operate RF scanners to pick, scan, and palletize products for shipment
• Rotate between ambient and refrigerated areas (as low as 24°F); use site-provided PPE
• Handle down-stacking, replenishment, and daily warehouse cleaning tasks
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs; stand and walk for extended periods
• Maintain compliance with all warehouse safety, DEA, and GMP procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1 year experience in warehouse - MUST HAVE REQUIREMNT
• Ability to lift 40–75 lbs and work in refrigerated conditions
• Basic computer and RF scanner proficiency
• English reading comprehension and basic math skills
EQUIPMENT & WORK ENVIRONMENT
• RF scanner, Klever cutters, tape guns, rolling carts, pallet jacks
• Work performed in both ambient and cold storage (24°F) environments
• Standing, reaching, bending, and pushing/pulling throughout shift
