Please note that this position will be overseeing both our St. Mary's county office (Leonardtown) and Charles county office (Waldorf).
Qualifications of the Program Supervisor of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience, including one (1) year of supervisory experience, Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience in Evidenced Based Practices and substance use disorders preferred.
Responsibilities of the Program Supervisor of Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services
- Oversees and/or provides case management for clients; acts as an advocate on their behalf; and directs the staff in case management and advocacy efforts for clients.
- Monitors the accuracy and effectiveness of orientation and training provided to new hires concerning: utilization of community resources, timeliness of documentation, agency policies and procedures
- Directs the administrative duties of staff including the completion of paperwork, case file management, timeliness of documentation, billing requirements, and other administrative tasks.
- Oversees and reviews necessary electronic health record reports, ensuring completion within required deadlines.
- Manages personnel and client related issues, resolves conflicts and solves problems by developing logical and practical solutions.
