Cornerstone Roofing is looking for a high-achieving Outside Sales Representative.
This is not a hands-on roofing role… we are searching for energetic and motivated sales professionals to join our team! Cornerstone Roofing prioritizes honesty, service first mindset and intergrity. We equip our sales representatives with everything they need to surpass their career and income objectives!
Responsibilities
- Generate leads through D2D canvassing
- Reach out to potential customers, set meetings with homeowners, realators, and builders
- Present sales proposals on roofing and home restoration services to current and future clients
- Build, grow, and sustain strong business and customer relationships
- Quickly resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and results on schedule
- Collaborate with team members and other departments on sales activities
- Maintain ongoing communication across departments regarding customer requirements, concerns, interests, competitor actions, and opportunities.
- Develop and cultivate lasting relationships with customers
- Schedule meetings with clients while accommodating their availability
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Confidence and professionalism when speaking in front of others
- High level of ambition, self-motivation, and personal discipline
- Goal-oriented and results-focused with a demonstrated history of sales success
- Proficiency JobNimbus is a plus
- Ability to climb a ladder
- Prior sales experience is a plus
Salary : $50,000 - $250,000
