Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee roofing projects to ensure timely completion within budget.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Collaborate with roofing crews and other staff to ensure quality and safety standards are adhered to on-site.
Manage project schedules, materials, and labor resources effectively.
Handle any issues or challenges that arise during the project and resolve them promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Provide regular updates to clients and company leadership on project status.
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in roofing, construction, or a related field.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations.
