Duties
- Efficiently load and unload merchandise using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory placement.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and updating records with precision.
- Restock shelves with produce, packaged goods, and retail items while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments, verifying deliveries, and ensuring timely distribution of products.
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning work areas, packing supplies, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting store associates or customers with product locations or inquiries when needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents during heavy lifting or material handling.
Qualifications
- Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stocking procedures is preferred but not required.
- Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and control tasks.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for assisting diverse teams or customers.
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate stock counting and inventory tracking.

Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
