Duties

• Efficiently load and unload merchandise using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to ensure accurate inventory placement.
• Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular cycle counts, and updating records with precision.
• Restock shelves with produce, packaged goods, and retail items while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with shipping & receiving processes by preparing shipments, verifying deliveries, and ensuring timely distribution of products.
• Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively on shelves to maximize sales potential.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including cleaning work areas, packing supplies, and ensuring equipment is in good working order.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting store associates or customers with product locations or inquiries when needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents during heavy lifting or material handling.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with retail stocking procedures is preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners; certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for inventory management and control tasks.
• Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued for assisting diverse teams or customers.
• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate stock counting and inventory tracking.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting while maintaining a positive attitude and proactive approach to responsibilities. Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
