What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sr System Network Admin position at Cornerstone Resources?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Manage and maintain Microsoft network environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Administer M365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
Support Symitar core processing systems and related applications.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls).
Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards and financial regulations.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports.
Develop and deliver system performance and security reports to management.
Lead IT projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technologies and upgrades.
Provide support for IT issues across branches.
Train staff on new systems and security protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Experience in IT within a financial institution.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft network administration and Active Directory.
M365 Certification.
VMWare/Veeam
Excellent report writing and documentation skills.
Strong management and project management abilities.
Preferred:
Coding experience (Python, PowerShell, or similar).
Additional certifications (Cisco, VMware, etc.).
CompTIA certification (A , Network , Security preferred).
Symitar experience.
Pay: Up to $90,000.00 per year
