We seek a motivated, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage vendor relationships, support branch operations, and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency throughout the credit union.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial institution operations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficient processes, accuracy, and quality member service.
- Manage relationships with vendors supporting member products and services, building maintenance, security, telecommunications, and other operational needs.
- Coordinate ATM operations, including maintenance, vendor communication, and operational support.
- Work closely with the core processing vendor on system updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and operational improvements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline procedures, improve efficiencies, and strengthen internal controls.
- Assist with the evaluation, development, and implementation of new products, services, and operational projects.
- Provide operational support to branch locations, including account maintenance, issue resolution, and process improvements.
- Coordinate employee system access, onboarding support, and operational training.
- Assist with internal audits, cash audits, compliance initiatives, and regulatory requirements.
- Gather operational data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure consistent operational procedures and service standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in banking or credit union operations.
- Strong understanding of branch operations, financial institution procedures, and member service.
- Experience with vendor management, operational projects, and process improvements preferred.
- Familiarity with financial institution core processing systems and related technology.
- General knowledge of financial institution compliance, internal controls, and audit processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take initiative.
- Previous branch management or financial institution operations leadership experience is highly desirable.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- No Saturdays or regularly scheduled evening hours
