Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving the company's property websites, supporting the Creative Director & Marketing Director with ongoing marketing needs, and creating marketing materials that help drive occupancy and improve review scores across the portfolio.

Measures Of Success

Website accuracy, uptime, and SEO performance; timeliness of updates and follow-through on outstanding projects; occupancy and review score improvement supported by marketing materials.

CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Exempt

Shift

Monday - Friday 9am-6 pm

COMPENSATION: $50,000 annually

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage property websites.
• Make website updates based on property needs and requests.
• Troubleshoot website issues as they arise.
• Review websites regularly to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
• Implement new updates to websites as needed.
• Manage website domains and renewals.
• Website setup’s for new properties or existing properties within Cornerstone
• Manage SEO and website compliance.
• Manage SEO needs for all company websites.
• Ensure websites are in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support marketing operations and collaboration.
• Manage ongoing tasks and follow up with team members on outstanding projects.
• Provide miscellaneous marketing support as requested by Creative Director & Marketing Director.
• Create marketing flyers and materials to help properties boost occupancy and improve review scores.
• Assist with Social Media set up and management
  
  

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel software. Experience in conducting Internet searches and using online calendars and databases.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested to support marketing operations.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Required

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in multi-family property management.
• Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Yelp, and internet ILS listing services.
• Must have reliable transportation, maintain auto insurance, and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proven ability to market properties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• CAM, ARM, or CCRM certification.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills.
