Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals.
- Install, modify, and upgrade appliances and kitchen equipment with precision and attention to safety standards.
- Operate personal vehicle(s) responsibly to transport tools, parts, or equipment between sites as needed.
- Conduct repairs on appliances such as ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, air conditioning units, and other mechanical systems.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in facility maintenance processes and implement solutions efficiently.
- Have own tools, vehicle and current driver's license.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair including air conditioning units and ventilation systems.
- Demonstrated ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Customer service skills to communicate clearly with team members and support staff regarding maintenance needs or issues.
- Experience working with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO) supplies to ensure timely repairs and minimal downtime.
- Leadership qualities that enable effective supervision of maintenance tasks or mentoring junior technicians when needed.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
