Location: Frederick, MD
A brand new fabrication facility in Frederick, MD is actively seeking TIG Welders to join their growing team. This an opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, creative shop working on high-end, custom metal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and weld custom ornamental railings and fences
- Perform layout, fit-up, welding, and finishing work
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Ensure high-quality, clean, and polished finished products
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ornamental railing and fence fabrication
- Strong TIG welding skills
- Experience working with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
- Ability to read blueprints and perform custom layouts
- High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely and repeatedly
- Comfortable standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods (8 hours)
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational certification preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to obtain access to government job sites is a plus
Incentives:
