Cornerstone Properties is looking for a sharp, hard-working, and motivated maintenance/grounds lead to join our small, family-owned, local property management company on College Hill. The Maintenance Lead & Groundskeeper is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations while also performing grounds and landscaping work. This role is ideal for someone who is a self-starter, someone who sees what needs to be done, creates a plan, and gets projects moving without waiting for instructions.
You’ll lead small maintenance tasks, coordinate with management on larger projects, and take ownership of the property’s appearance and functionality.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
