Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Project Manager role based in Memphis, TN, with the flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. Responsibilities include developing project scopes and budgets, ensuring timelines and costs are controlled, managing contracts, overseeing construction and logistics, conducting inspections, and ensuring project quality control. The role also involves effective communication and collaboration with clients, vendors, and team members to meet objectives successfully.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including scope and budget development, scheduling, and contract reviews.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure projects progress as planned.
- Familiarity with Inspection processes and implementing Project Quality Control measures.
- Skills in Logistics Management to oversee the transportation and delivery of project resources.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
