Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for hospitality roles across multiple venues
- Support high-volume hiring ramps tied to operational needs
- Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and execute recruiting strategies
- Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
- Assist with onsite hiring events and recruiting initiatives
- Maintain accurate candidate tracking and reporting within the ATS
Requirements:
- Strong hospitality recruiting experience (restaurant recruiting highly preferred)
- Background in upscale, luxury, or high-end service environments a plus
- Experience managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced settings
- Familiarity with Paycom or ability to quickly learn new systems
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication and organizational skills
