Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking an HR Generalist for an established business services organization in the Fort Worth area. This role is responsible for payroll administration, benefits management, FMLA and workers' compensation administration, employee relations, and HR compliance.

- Administer payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, status changes, and personnel records
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, open enrollment activities, and vendor communication
- Oversee leave administration including FMLA, workers' compensation, disability programs, and unemployment claims
- Support employee relations matters, policy interpretation, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns
- Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, employee development, and corrective action processes
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and confidential employee records
- Assist with recruiting efforts, interview coordination, and hiring support activities
- Generate HR reports, workforce metrics, and compliance documentation
- Support employee engagement, training, recognition, and retention initiatives
- 4 years of Human Resources experience in a Generalist or similar HR role
- Experience processing payroll and administering employee leave programs
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or comparable HRIS/payroll platforms
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance, and employee relations practices
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Schedule: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
