We are seeking an experienced Category Manager - Facility Services to lead strategic sourcing and procurement initiatives across a diverse portfolio of facility-related categories. This role is responsible for driving cost savings, supplier performance, contract management, and enterprise-wide sourcing strategies while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate brings strong facilities procurement expertise, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business functions.
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Facility Services categories, including Facilities Maintenance, Furniture & Fixtures, Pest Control, Electrical, HVAC & Refrigeration, Fire Protection, Elevator Maintenance, Surveillance & Alarm Systems, Signage, Generators, Grounds Maintenance, Audio Visual, and related capital or construction projects.
- Manage end-to-end sourcing activities for medium to high-complexity projects supporting multiple business units.
- Develop and present bid evaluations, cost analyses, total cost of ownership (TCO) assessments, and sourcing recommendations to leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and administer supplier contracts and commercial agreements.
- Partner with Real Estate, Facilities Management, Legal, Finance, IT, and operational teams to support supplier onboarding, transitions, and ongoing vendor performance management.
- Drive supplier relationship strategies that improve service quality, contract compliance, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure sourcing activities align with corporate procurement policies, governance standards, and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related discipline.
- 7 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, vendor management, or category management.
- Experience supporting indirect spend categories, with strong preference for Facility Services procurement.
- Proven success leading enterprise-level sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and supplier relationship skills.

- Experience managing large-scale, multi-site enterprise environments.
- Strong project management capabilities across cross-functional teams.

- Ability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.
