Cornerstone –In-Home Intervention Program (IHIP) Rehabilitation Counselor

The In-Home Intervention Program (IHIP) provides intensive in-home services to children, adolescents and their families to increase age-appropriate skills and resiliency.
Responsibilities of the IHIP Rehabilitation Counselor
Provide high quality psychiatric rehabilitation & case management to children, adolescents and their families
Work with the child's family in the home environment to increase skills to prevent any future out-of-home placements.
Develop person-centered treatment plans and recovery oriented goals
Qualifications of the IHIP Rehabilitation Counselor
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, or a related discipline is required.
Additional experience must consist of at least one (1) year in direct service.
Must have access to a personal vehicle that can be used for work purposes.
