Cornerstone Montgomery – Medical Administrative Associate

Responsibilities of the Medical Administrative Associate
- Perform complex administrative duties requiring the knowledge of clinic operations, scheduling, billing, and the requirements of third party payers
- Receives and welcomes patients and visitors to the clinic
- Organize and handle operational details of the clinic office
- Compile data and prepare reports for the department and other members of the agency
Qualifications of the Medical Administrative Associate
- High School Diploma
- Two years of experience working in an office environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
- Accurate typing at no less than 45 words per minute
