Media Buyer
Are you a motivated media buying professional looking to make a meaningful impact in a fast paced, results-driven environment? Cornerstone Media Group is seeking a Media Buyer to join our Minneapolis-based team. This is an in-office position based in downtown Minneapolis and is not available as a remote opportunity. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven setting where data guides decisions and performance is visible every day.
In this role, you will play an active part in driving revenue growth for our clients while hitting KPIs and building relationships with our media partners by developing and executing targeted media buying strategies rooted in performance metrics and audience insight.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in planning and executing paid media campaigns using our proprietary databases and analytical tools
- Work with media partners to secure competitive rates and place campaigns that support client goals
- Track campaign performance on an ongoing basis and flag opportunities for improvement based on the data
- Support relationships with clients and media partners, helping to identify opportunities for growth
- Research emerging media opportunities and help assess their fit with client objectives
- Assist with the buying and reconciliation process, including pre/post log management, discrepancy resolution, and tracking performance against budget targets
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1-3 years of direct response media buying experience preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act on it decisively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across teams
- Highly organized with strong time management capabilities and attention to detail
- A solutions-oriented approach to problem solving
