Senior Manufacturing Engineer — LSR / EPDM / Medical Device

The components you'll engineer go into medical devices that keep people alive — Class I and II implantable and life-critical assemblies built to the tightest tolerances in the industry.
We're a precision elastomer manufacturer with 40 years of heritage in critical silicone and rubber components. FDA registered. ISO 13485 certified. ISO 7 and ISO 8 cleanrooms. Privately backed, growing fast, and actively investing in automation, robotics, and new program launches.
What You'll Own
- Lead process development, optimization, and full validation (IQ / OQ / PQ) for LSR and EPDM medical device components in cleanroom production
- Drive automation initiatives — robotics, vision systems, automated assembly — with real budget and leadership backing
- Partner with tooling and equipment vendors to spec, source, and qualify molds, fixtures, and automation systems
- Develop and own PFMEA, control plans, validation reports, and SOPs
- Troubleshoot molding defects, contamination, tooling wear, and process variability on the floor
- Support NPI from design review through production launch
What You Bring
✅ Bachelor's in Engineering OR 6 years of hands-on injection molding experience
✅ Direct experience with LSR, EPDM, and rubber molding processes
✅ Process automation experience in a manufacturing environment
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word)
